Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Logixis website and courier services provided by Logixis ("Logixis," "we," "our," or "us").
Logixis provides courier services supporting healthcare, laboratory, government, and commercial operations.
These Terms apply to all service inquiries, service requests, and courier services unless superseded by a written service agreement.
Service Agreement and Scope
Submission of a service request, quote request, or inquiry does not create a binding service agreement.
Courier services are provided only after acceptance by Logixis and may be governed by additional written agreements.
Logixis reserves the right to accept or decline service requests based on operational, safety, regulatory, or insurance considerations.
Courier Service and Chain of Custody
Logixis assumes responsibility for items upon acceptance from the pickup location and maintains responsibility until delivery is completed and documented.
Responsibility transfers to the recipient upon delivery confirmation.
Logixis maintains delivery documentation and operational records to support service accountability.
Limitation of Liability for Loss or Damage
Logixis liability for loss, damage, or delay of any shipment is limited to the lesser of:
$100 per shipment
or
the actual declared value of the shipment, if declared and accepted in writing by Logixis prior to transport.
Logixis is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, research value, or business interruption.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own insurance coverage for high-value items.
Packaging and Regulatory Compliance
Customers are responsible for ensuring all items are properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for transport in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Logixis reserves the right to refuse transport of any item that is improperly packaged, unsafe, or non-compliant.
Logixis is not responsible for damage resulting from inadequate packaging.
Healthcare and Confidentiality
Logixis provides courier services to healthcare and laboratory clients.
Logixis implements operational safeguards designed to protect confidentiality and transport integrity.
Where required, Logixis may enter into separate confidentiality or Business Associate Agreements with healthcare clients.
Logixis is not responsible for compliance failures resulting from improper packaging, labeling, or documentation provided by the client.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup and delivery information
- Provide correct handling instructions
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Ensure items are properly packaged
Customers are responsible for damages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.
Wait Time and Service Delays
Logixis drivers will make reasonable efforts to complete pickups and deliveries as scheduled.
Excessive delays at pickup or delivery locations may result in additional service charges.
Logixis is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather conditions
- Road closures
- Government actions
- Public emergencies
- Customer delays
Force Majeure
Logixis is not liable for service delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:
- Weather events
- Traffic incidents
- Public health emergencies
- Government actions
- Natural disasters
- Labor disruptions
- Utility failures
Website Use
Your existing website use section is fine and remains in effect. Website use must remain lawful and must not disrupt, damage, or misuse site functionality or data.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes to Terms
Your current changes-to-terms approach remains in effect.
Updated terms become effective when posted on this page.
